Job Title:                        Executive Assistant/Member Services Specialist

Job Description:           OmniAir Consortium® seeks an experienced Executive Assistant with a positive, team-oriented, can-do attitude to join a fast-growing technology association.

This is a full-time position with an an immediate start.  The ideal candidate will need to have excellent organizational, analytical, verbal and written communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.  A strong work ethic is a must.  Interest in transportation or technology issues is preferred.

  • Provides administrative support to the Executive Director
  • Support Board of Directors, Committees, and Working Groups, as needed
  • Office management
  • Basic bookkeeping – accounts payable/receivable, expense reports, invoicing
  • Manage membership database
  • Organize and support member meetings, and other office related events
  • Contract administration and billing
  • Manage content for website and social media accounts
  • Perform other related duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 2-3 years’ experience providing administrative support in an office environment required. Prior experience in trade associations or Capitol Hill preferred.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communications skills and customer-facing experience.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and SharePoint is required. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, and social media marketing is preferred.
  • Fluency in one or more foreign languages is a plus.
