OmniAir Consortium®, the leading industry association promoting interoperability and certification for ITS, tolling, and connected vehicles, announces the launch of the inaugural Summer Internship Program.

This summer, OmniAir® is welcoming two new interns–Jordan Harris and Sarah Paramore, who will work to help OmniAir and our membership to advance our testing and certification programs for tolling and connected vehicles.

Jordan Harris is a sophomore at San Diego State University studying media and film. Jordan will be focused on operations, maintenance of our SharePoint, website, marketing, and social media.

Sarah Paramore is a recent graduate of Arkansas State University, earning degrees in mathematics and computer science, with a focus on cybersecurity.  Sarah will provide technical support to OmniAir’s Cybersecurity Working Group, as well as the Tolling & Emerging Payment Technologies Working Group. She will also assist in updating OmniAir’s Test Control Interface (TCIv3).

“OmniAir is delighted to support the development of the next generation of transportation technology professionals,” said Jason Conley, Executive Director of OmniAir.

OmniAir is currently accepting applications for fall ’22 and spring ’23 paid internships. We are seeking undergraduate and graduate students with an interest or experience in RF engineering, cybersecurity, connected vehicles, and transportation policy.
