OmniAir Consortium®, the leading industry association promoting interoperability and certification for ITS, tolling, and connected vehicles, announces the election of new officers and directors at its Annual Meeting in New York City.
P.J. Wilkins, Executive Director, E-ZPass Group & IAG Service Corporation has been elected to serve as Chair of OmniAir’s Board of Directors for a three-year term. Mr. Wilkins leads the E-ZPass Group, the largest interoperable electronic toll collection system, operating in 20 states.

Steve Novosad, Associate Fellow for HNTB Corporation has been elected as Vice Chair. Jeff Dailey, Assistant Executive Director for Operations of the North Texas Tollway Authority was reelected to serve as Treasurer. Frank Perry, Senior Vice President for WSP, was reelected as Secretary.
As Steve Novosad concludes his transformative six-year term as Chairman, OmniAir Consortium reflects on its exceptional achievements, including the launch of the world’s first certification program for C-V2X equipment, new programs for authorized field test sites, and the international expansion of OmniAir testing and certification programs.
