OmniAir Consortium®, the leading industry association promoting interoperability and certification for ITS, tolling, and connected vehicles, announced the election of one new Director during its Annual Meeting held December 4, 2025, in Austin, Texas.
OmniAir’s directors elected Stacia Ritter, Assistant Chief Operating Officer for Toll Collections at the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, to serve a three-year term on the Board of Directors.
“Stacia brings a deep understanding of tolling operations and a strong commitment to advancing connected vehicle technologies. Her leadership will be a tremendous asset as OmniAir continues to expand our certification programs and industry partnerships,” said Jason Conley, Executive Director of OmniAir®.
In addition to electing a new Director, OmniAir board members re-elected six current Directors to new three-year terms, reinforcing strong continuity and experience across the Board.
