The E-ZPass® Group is the collective association of the 24 Agencies in 14 States that accept (or have agreed to accept) E-ZPass® as a method of payment for tolls on highways, bridges and tunnels. E-ZPAss Group: coordinates policy and protocols for the agencies; promotes use by additional agencies; encourages the use of the systems for non-toll activities as approved by the member agencies; monitors the technology in use; looks for ways to improve the systems and addresses various needs of member agencies.
E-ZPass Group’s three main goals are:

1. E-ZPass® is committed to a regionally compatible system.
2. E-ZPass® provides participating customers with seamless travel in a highly mobile region.
3. E-ZPass® promotes common operating protocols and policies to advance customer service and mobility.
