OmniAir Consortium®, the leading industry association promoting interoperability and certification for ITS, tolling, and connected vehicles, announces that ClearRoad has joined OmniAir Consortium as an Associate Level Member.

ClearRoad, based in Brooklyn, New York, is becoming one of the largest and most trusted vehicle data interface companies for governments and is already covering over 150,000 miles of roadway. The company streamlines and standardizes travel data through the cloud and pulls from a wide range of connected vehicle technologies and reporting solutions through an API to enable road usage pricing for vehicles anywhere.

“We are excited to welcome ClearRoad, a recognized leader in Road Usage Charging and NextGen Tolling, as the newest OmniAir Member,” said Jason Conley, Executive Director of OmniAir Consortium.

“Joining OmniAir allows ClearRoad to work directly with numerous partners and affiliates to find a sustainable way to fund road maintenance, preservation, and improvements for transportation agencies,” said Frederic Charlier, CEOClearRoad Inc.

ClearRoad has four core categories: Road Usage Charging, NextGen Tolling, Truck Management, and Permitting and Congestion Reduction. Each of these core components builds upon each other, allowing governments to control their streets utilizing open systems. To learn more about OmniAir’s newest member, visit www.clearroad.io.
