OmniAir Consortium®, the leading industry association promoting interoperability and certification for ITS, tolling, and connected vehicles, announces Star Systems International’s test facility in Crandall, Texas is the newest OmniAir® Authorized Field Test Site (OAFTS).

Tolling vendors have a new track to conduct field testing as part of OmniAir’s certification program for single and multi-protocol RFID devices located just outside Dallas, Texas.

“We are excited to expand the number of trusted field test facilities for connected vehicle and tolling testing,” said Jason Conley, Executive Director for OmniAir. “Our program aims to provide OmniAir members with more choices, flexibility, and testing options that meet their specific needs.”

OmniAir Authorized Test Laboratories, tolling vendors, device makers may apply to have their test site audited by OmniAir and be added to our list of authorized sites to conduct official certification testing.
