“OmniAir is pleased to partner with Propulsion Quebec to bring the world’s largest Connected Vehicle Testing Event to the Montreal region,” said Jason Conley, Executive Director for OmniAir Consortium. “Testing teams from 20 countries will participate in the week-long testing event offering 300 individual test sessions, designed to ensure that life-saving Connected Vehicle technologies are interoperable, secure, and conform to industry standards.”

They will explore technical and policy issues, including global interoperability, cybersecurity, autonomous shuttle projects, as well as sustainable transportation options. Representatives from Transport Canada, the Québec Government, and local industry leaders will be in attendance. Event participants will also enjoy several networking opportunities.
PMG Technologies will offer live demonstrations of connected vehicle safety applications and tours of their facility. Indoor bench and track testing tours will be offered to attendees and media representatives, on the second day.
