OmniAir Consortium®, the leading industry association promoting interoperability and certification for connected vehicles, tolling, and ITS technologies, announced the election of two new members to its Board of Directors during its September 24–25 meetings.

Manish Chourey, Chief Technology Officer for the North Carolina Turnpike Authority (NCTA), brings over 30 years of experience in the tolling industry. At NCTA, Mr. Chourey has led procurements for E-ZPass NextGen, overseen statewide technology integrations, and spearheaded advancements in electronic toll collection systems. NCTA is responsible for planning, building, and operating toll facilities across North Carolina, with a strong focus on deploying cutting-edge technology to improve mobility and safety.

Henry McDonnell, Strategic Planner in Automotive at Keysight Technologies, has nearly four decades of professional experience in wireless communications. At Keysight, he helps shape product strategy for next-generation automotive solutions. His career includes leadership in sales and product marketing at MSI, Actix, and Agilent Technologies, with deep expertise in telecommunications and product management. Keysight Technologies is a global leader in test and measurement solutions, providing critical tools for advancing wireless connectivity, automotive systems, and emerging communications technologies.
