OmniAir Consortium, the leading industry association promoting interoperability and certification for ITS, tolling and connected vehicles, is pleased to announce TTI Consulting has joined as our newest Associate Level Member.
Based in New Windsor, NY, TTI Consulting provides comprehensive toll and transportation solutions, or from “pavement to payment,” as they like to say, which includes planning, design and project management. From the development of new systems to the refinement of existing facilities, TTI’s consulting services provide insights, advice and oversight as needed to ensure their toll programs operate to their specifications.
Even though they are new members, they have been involved with, and contributing to, OmniAir’s projects for several years. In 2017, TTI Consulting led OmniAir’s project team for the National Toll Interoperability Testing project. In 2018, the firm provided engineering and V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) testing support for the OmniAir Texas Plugfest. Just this week, they participated in OmniAir’s Multi-Protocol Device Certification Workshop in Baltimore, MD.

Keysight Technologies’s V2X Test Solution earned OmniAir Qualified Test Equipment (OQTE) status
OmniAir Consortium®, the leading industry association promoting interoperability and certification for ITS, tolling, and Connected Vehicles, announces that Keysight Technologies’s V2X Test Solution with 802.11p, DSRC & ITS G5 has earned OmniAir Qualified Test Equipment (OQTE) status. This vehicle-to-everything (V2X) test solution is only the third major test system and fourth test tool to complete the qualification process.
OmniAir has qualified Keysight Technologies’s V2X Test Solution to validate protocol conformance based on OmniAir Consortium’s DSRC-V2X test specifications. All of their V2X conformance test suites enable full test automation and provide global V2X standards coverage, including both the European ITS-G5 and the OmniAir Consortium WAVE-DSRC test cases based from standards SAE J2945/1, IEEE 802.11, IEEE 1609.2, IEEE 1609.3, IEEE 1609.4, and SAE J2945/1.

OmniAir’s OQET program assesses and qualifies test equipment, systems, and test tools used in the industry. Only those test systems and equipment that successfully pass OmniAir’s rigorous audit process become a qualified product and are eligible for use by OmniAir Authorized Test Laboratories for certification testing.
