OmniAir Consortium®, the leading industry association promoting interoperability and certification for ITS, tolling, and connected vehicles, today announced the agenda for its Connected Vehicle Technical Workshop on June 16.
This event will feature leading government and industry experts who will offer insights on current and future trends in connected mobility.
Allie Kelly, Executive Director of The Ray, will offer the keynote address, followed by panel discussions and featured presentations on the testing and deployment of connected vehicle and infrastructure technologies.

OmniAir’s Connected Vehicle Technical Workshop is held in conjunction with the OmniAir Michigan Plugfest testing event, hosted by Danlaw in partnership with University of Michigan’s Mcity Test Facility
OmniAir Plugfests are the premiere testing events for connected vehicles, consisting of extensive week-long conformance and interoperability testing both in the laboratory and in the field.
The Michigan Plugfest will be the first Plugfest in North America exclusively focused on testing and readiness of C-V2X-based Connected Vehicle technologies.
Who should attend?
Device manufacturers, Tier One suppliers, OEMs, deploying agencies, chipset manufacturers, test labs, test equipment providers, and others interested in contributing to the development of a robust certification program for C-V2X devices. Government officials interested in deploying V2I technology are highly encouraged to attend to learn firsthand about the value that OmniAir Certification adds to their projects and deployments.
